Văn Đức Mẫn tốt nghiệp trường Đại học Công Nghiệp Tp Hồ Chí Minh chuyên ngành xây dựng. Đồng thời anh tốt nghiệp trường kỹ thuật công nghệ Hùng Vương ( Khoa kỹ thuật điện). Anh đã từng giữ vị trí: Giám đốc công ty TNHH Đèn Văn. Hiện tại là Tổng giám đốc Công ty cổ phần đầu tư thương mại LMP.

Kiến trúc sư Phan Y Linh tốt nghiệp trường Đại học kiến trúc Hà Nội năm 1996, với chuyên ngành: Thiết kế kiến trúc công trình. Sau khi tốt nghiệp, anh đã tham gia vào đội ngũ kiến trúc sư và làm việc tại các công ty Kiến trúc tên tuổi tại Tp. Hồ Chí Minh với vai trò Giám đốc dự án như: NAGECO (Design company of Construction Ministry), Attitude Design (Pháp), Graham Taylor Design (Anh), S&K Company, Junglim VN. Và hiện tại anh giữ vai trò Giám đốc dự án tại Công ty cổ phần đầu tư thương mại LMP (LMP Design).

     - Lotte Eco Smart City Lô 2a, Khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm, Quận 2, TP.HCM - khu phức hợp gồm 6 lô đất trung tâm Thủ Thiêm với 11 tòa tháp cao từ 40 đến 60 tầng, quy mô 7,45 ha.

      - Apartment building VIID, 256 Cầu Giấy Hà Nội - gồm 2 tòa tháp chung cư 50 tầng và tháp văn phòng 38 tầng.

     - La Casa complex Hoàng Quốc Việt, Quận 7, TP.HCM - Khu phức hợp gồm 6 block cao 35 tầng.

     - Khu dân cư Nhơn Đức huyện Nhà Bè, tổng diện tích là 93.000 m2.

     - Căn hộ Tulip Residence quy mô 21 tầng tại Quận 7, TP.HCM.

     - Golden Lotus Quận 1, TP.HCM quy mô 12 tầng.

     - Nhà máy may mặc Charter Link - KCN Thuận Đạo, Cần Đước, Long An

     - Nhà máy Polymer KSA tại Hạ Long, Quảng Ninh

     - Nhà kho cty sách Phương Nam tại Lô A5-2, TCN Tân Phú Trung, Huyện Củ Chi, TP.HCM với diện tích 12.572m2.

     - Quy hoạch đô thị (Nghĩa Thương, Quảng Ngãi) - giai đoạn 1: 10ha.

     - Dự án phức hợp khu Tây Ecopark City, tỉnh Hưng Yên, Diện tích khoảng 47,3 ha với công năng là nhà ở, trung tâm thương mại, dịch vụ cộng đồng, các tòa tháp quy mô 45 tầng....

Phan Thi Hoang Lan graduated with an MBA with a construction architecture major from Colombia South University - USA. 

With 13 years of experience, she used to be the Project Director of DESO - ASIA Architecture Company; CEO of Viet Quality Group Co., Ltd. (SQP Group) and Production Manager of AlyPro Co., Ltd. She is currently the Urban - Industrial Project Manager at LMP.

The projects she has participated in are: designing and managing the zoning plan of 1/2000 scale Thu Thiem New Urban Area in District 2, HCMC (657 hectar), project of detailed planning of 1/500 scale and basic design of construction investment project of Central Square and Riverside Park of Thu Thiem New Urban Area, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City (29 hectar). This project won the first prize in the International Design Contest in 2008. Appraisal of detailed planning 1/500 Residential area 38,4 hectar in Binh Khanh, District 2. Appraisal of the Basic Design R8; R9 (New City Apartment); Zone R2, R3 at Binh Khanh Residential Area; Appraising Basic Design of Sarimi Apartment and Shophouse in Sala Urban Area, District 2, HCMC.

Dinh Quoc Thi graduated from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture in 2004 with a major in Construction Planning Design & Architectural Design. After graduating, he joined a team of Architects and worked at some well-known architectural firms in Ho Chi Minh City such as: IDCo Industrial and Civil Design Consulting Joint Stock Company, Song Nam Project Development Company Limited (Acco), Saigon Telecommunication and Technology Joint Stock Company (Saigon Tel). He is currently Chief Architect at LMP Commercial Investment Joint Stock Company (LMP Design). He is also a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Architects' Association and Ho Chi Minh City Architectural Planning Association.
These are some projects which he has participated in designing and implementing: ICT2 Building (Scale 12 floors + 1 basement. Investor: SAIGON TEL), Green River City (Scale 113 hecters, Investor: Becamex IJC. The Sunlower (Scale 7.3 hecta, Investor Becamex IJC.)

Nguyen Xuan Duong graduated from Ton Duc Thang University and now with nearly 10 years of experience in Marketing Management in Real Estate, as well as Architectural Construction with the Novaland Group, Dat Xanh Group, Rio Land and Accco.

He has helped with the Marketing and Communications for more than 50 projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Central provinces.
